When your vehicle is involved in an insurance claim, the initial insurance-provided estimate may not always cover the full extent of the repairs needed. This is where an insurance supplement comes into play. A supplement is an additional request to your insurance company for funds beyond the original estimate. This ensures that your vehicle is repaired to its pre-accident condition and nothing is missed.

What Quality To Expect From Paintless Dent Repair
Many clients have heard of Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) but have never had anyone preform a repair on their vehicle.
Here is what you should expect when having Paintless Dent Repair preformed on your vehicle.
Will my dent look perfect after paintless dent repair?
The size/severity of the damage and the experience of the technician will play a huge roll in the repair quality. When using a highly qualified company or technician, you should expect most dents and dings to be virtually invisible after a repair is complete. Larger, stretched, and more severe damage may not be able to be made perfect but a quality technician will be able to significantly improve the damage.
We advise that you ask your technician directly what you should expect from the end result. If the technician cannot give you a clear, satisfactory answer we would advise that you continue talking with more PDR companies until you find one with a little more experience.
What will my vehicle look like after hail damage is repaired?

After a hail damage repair, you should expect your vehicle to be returned to its “pre-loss” condition. Damage to the paint or finish that was not included in the hail estimate will not be addressed, but the hail damage should look perfect.
If any specific dents or dings cannot be made to look perfect, your technician should bring this to your attention.
If a repair cannot be made perfect, should I still use Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) for the repair?
The honest answer is, it’s up to you. Only you can decide what repair quality and price will make you satisfied as a client. Many clients that we speak with would prefer to live with small imperfections in a dent (say a 90-95% repair) rather than have the entire panel re-painted at a traditional body shop.
Should I use Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) if there is already paint damage?
Again, this is all up to you as the owner. If your damage has a small chip or scratch in the paint, a Paintless Dent technician should still be able to repair the dent. You would then have the option to touch up the paint damage or go to a traditional body shop to have the entire panel re-painted.
Will my dent come back after its been repaired with PDR?
No. A dent or ding that has been repaired with PDR will not come back after its been removed. A true Paintless Dent Repair will re-shape the metal back to it original condition. The panel will preform just as it did before sustaining the damage.
